DESCRIPTION:The CIPC is responsible for the registration of companies and the enforcement of certain provisions of the Companies Act, 2008. Accountants are key stakeholders of the CIPC and interact with the CIPC on a daily basis. The purpose of the CIPC Monthly Technical Update webinars is to provide an opportunity for the CIPC and accountants to engage in a webinar format.
In this way we can build mutual understanding of the statutory filing process and through dialogue make improvements and better the lives of millions of emerging and established companies.
