DESCRIPTION:There is a common misconception at times that trusts are not regulated, and that trusts are going to become a rare animal going forward.  During this half-day seminar, the presenter’s aim is to give an update on the current and proposed changes to legislation regarding trusts.  She will also give insights into how the accounting profession views matters and the challenges we face that can be resolved through putting legal and accounting minds together to find solutions.
